The Sudbury and Long Melford District Angling Association (SLMDAA) takes your privacy. We do not rent or sell your personal information to any third parties and we only collect personal information that is relevant to your membership of the association.
What information do we collect?
The various forms of information we may collect include the following:

What is the information used for?
Our own in-house record keeping.
To improve our services and communication.
For compliance with the law
Your personal details will be retained for 12 months after membership ends or is not renewed. Membership is deemed to have ended on the 31st March each year regardless of the date in the previous year it was taken out.
SLMDAA will not sell on or publicise your information in any way.
Controlling your personal information:
SLMDAA is committed to ensuring that your information is protected. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect and secure the information we collect. Your details can only be accessed by our Treasurer and Membership Secretary.
Changes:
If your personal details change please notify us in order to help us keep your information up to date.
